DELIVERY TIMES

UK | STANDARD delivery (3-5 working days) - £4
UK | EXPRESS delivery (1-2 working days) - £10

REST OF WORLD | Express International (delivery time 7-14 working days) - £22
Please Note: cushions being delivered outside of the UK will be posted WITHOUT cushion pads.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

* All orders are subject to a £4 standard delivery cost. Standard UK orders are sent by first class delivery with Royal Mail and will reach you in 3-5 working days.

* Express delivery is available for delivery within 1-2 working days, and will be charged at a flat rate of £10, UK only.

* Overseas orders are charged at a flat rate of £22 worldwide (European delivery is currently unavailable).

Rest of the World orders are sent Express International Tracked & Signed and will arrive within 7-14 days, requiring a signature.

We aim to send all orders out within 5 working days, however at busy times it can take a little bit longer. If you need your order for a special occasion or by a certain date please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time. DELIVERY TERMS

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order, it is important this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your
delivery instructions, unless this was caused by my negligence.
 We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you.

 

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

Orders sent via Royal Mail are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date.
