Card Payments .
We accept card payments over the phone; to pay using this method please ring us in the studio on 07890 642 454 to place your order. If there is no reply (i.e. we are sewing too loudly!) please leave a message with your name & number or send us an email and we will call you back.

BACS / Cheque .
To pay by BACS or cheque for any items please email your order through to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched.

All products are designed and handmade in the UK using natural materials. Fabrics and colours may vary slightly from item to item but this will not affect the overall look of the design. Every care has been taken to ensure that all images and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible but slight variations may occur. Please follow wash care of product for best treatment.
Postage & Packaging .
All our products are handmade to order and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days. However, if you need your item sooner, please let us know and we'll do our best to meet your requirements. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class and we use recycled packaging wherever possible.
You can order online and pay through the website using PayPal (please note you do not need a PayPal account to do this). This method assures you of security and confidentiality. Using this system we have no access to your credit card information, we simply receive a notification that the amount has been debited. The cost of this system is entirely borne by us, in the interests of maintaining your confidentiality and security.
We do not supply our 'mailing information' to third parties but do use it to advise our clients of goods we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing. Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency.
Returns & Refunds .
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not satisfied please inform us within 7 days and return the items within 14 days with their original packaging, in a secure parcel, in original condition and with proof of purchase. We will then arrange a replacement or full refund. We regret we cannot refund postage, unless the item is faulty. All sale or custom-made items are final.
